Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, but to ensure fairness to our staff and other customers, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your spot within 24 hours of the scheduled time or do not show up, a $10 no-show fee will be charged to your payment method on file. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid this fee.
